Diffuser

• Add 8 - 10 drops in water to use in a diffuser or oil burner.

Daily

• Big deep inhalations from the bottle can help reduce stress and anxiety throughout the day.

Topical

• You can use on skin if diluted in a carrier / massage oil. Use approx 5 drops every 10ml.

Personal

• Can be applied directly to the skin to relieve aches and pains. 

Health

• Add 2 drops to a bowl of water to help reduce arthritic pain.
